![]() ![]() That's not a bad thing for games, not too great for discussions, but it just goes to show that games are wonderfully flexible illusory things. It seems like a reasonable and innocent enough question, but it's surprisingly open-ended, and comparisons end up going to very individual, personal *impressions* of the game, which at best ends up in swapping stories and at worst ends up in flamewars over the disagreement, totally missing the underlying fact that aside from player time, there's not much that players can really easily compare 1:1 between games with good agreement. I'm not even suggesting how long it takes to beat the game or how much stuff there is to do (but for the record, roughly 20 hours Main+Extras pre-DLC, and not counting extra time playing if you're like me and love the side missions in SoD even pre-DLC, or trying to scour the entire map of loot which bumps it up even more). So uh, you really don't want measurements? Not even time it takes to drive or walk from one corner to another? JC2 is older than GTA V too, and JC2 is way bigger, but I haven't played GTA V so I don't know if that's bigger than SoD? And man, Good Lawd, Daggerfall, that was even more gigantic than Just Cause 2 even, ridiculous. And that Just Cause 2 man, that's like Skyrim huge, maybe bigger, I don't even know. Skyrim's just huge, so damn, that's like bigger than Oblivion right? But Saint's Row IV, that's like only kinda big, so SoD is bigger. Now Oblivion, *that* was very big, so I guess the order is, like, Morrowind < SoD < Oblivion. I mean Morrowind was big, but it was only, you know, big. ![]()
